The school you will be attending. If you don’t know yet, please send us the information when you know. The scholarship must be paid directly to your college so you may be contacted for more information to make sure the money gets credited to your account.
Tell us about yourself. Please include what you hope to do in the future. We realize this is a rather vague question but that is because we hope to learn a variety of things about you because we are truly interested in who you are.
You can apply for this scholarship on a yearly basis. For subsequent years please provide a description of how you have made an effort to “Empower” other people by giving them a hand up.
